Navarre artist Carolyn Williams was recently commissioned to design the first cover of a brand new publication called “Life’s a Beach.”
Initially a contest was planned to seek artists, but that changed when Publisher Sam Seevers saw Williams’ work inside Sand Dollar Cottage.
“I was flattered and surprised,” Williams said. “It made me feel really good. It was very exciting.”
