    The award-winning Navarre High School NJROTC Raider Battalion on Wednesday said goodbye to its leader Captain Mark Eubanks, USN (Ret), a Senior Navy Science Instructor, who is retiring. Eubanks received a standing ovation from the crowd gathered at the Battalion’s awards ceremony, where he was joined by his wife, Sandra, for a final salute.
