SANTA ROSA INSIDER: Pitchfork Posse Can’t Fool Us with Fake Profiles

Fake Facebook accounts are bountiful this election season with supporters of Wannabe Commissioners Bobby Burkett and Jerry Couey posing as members of the opposite gender in an effort to disguise their true identities.

“I’ve seen a disturbing trend of fake Facebook accounts rabidly supporting Jerry Couey and the candidates his friends support,” said Florida House District 2 Representative Alex Andrade. “It’s like a digital drag show, and Couey is the digital drag queen.”

Burkett/Couey supporters have been using fake accounts, such as “Shane Ellis,” to attack other candidates, utilizing fat shaming and mean-spirited degrading. Some local socia media group admins have even been duped by these alternate accounts. “Joe America” and “Save Santa Rosa” are other profiles used to spread false information against others. Take off the digital dresses! Muster the courage to post as yourself!

Recently Burkett/Couey supporters recently jumped into full on attack mode after Santa Rosa County Republican Executive Committee Member George Oedsma was caught red handed with competitor signs in his vehicle, which had Couey signage on the side.
