34-year-old Felicia Sueanne Archer of the 6400 block of Da Lisa Road in Milton, was booked May 6 into Santa Rosa County Jail after video surveillance showed her spit into nacho cheese which was served to a female customer with whom she reportedly had “beef.”
Archer was charged with a second-degree misdemeanor count of culpable negligence exposure to harm.
Her arrest report states she was working at the Taco Bell located at 6281 U.S 90 in Milton
Per witness statements and video surveillance, Karisten Royal, the victim, ordered nacho cheese as part of her meal. Upon opening the container, Royal observed a mucus-like substance inconsistence with the product’s normal appearance.
Subsequently, the store manager was called to the scene and reviewed internal surveillance footage which reportedly showed Archer “intentionally spitting into the nacho cheese cup prior to serving it to the victim.”
During the investigation, the defendant reportedly admitted to spitting in the nacho cheese, citing a personal grievance with the victim, whom she believed was attempting to engage in a relationship with her boyfriend, describing it as a “beef” between them.
The report states the defendant’s “deliberate” action of contaminating food with bodily fluids and serving it to an unsuspecting customer demonstrates a reckless disregard for human life and safety of others, constituting culpable negligence, per Florida State Statute 784.05(1).
Archer was released on a $150 bond and will be arraigned in Santa Rosa County court on May 20.
