For more than two dozen years Kelvin Enfinger has been part of the commercial construction industry, and for the past decade he’s risen through the ranks to become Vice President and a partner in Greenhut Construction, based in Pensacola. Enfinger was recently named Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors, the largest commercial construction association in the state.
Enfinger just returned from the association’s State Legislative Planning Conference, which took place July 15-17 in Naples.
Statewide leaders attended the event, including newly installed CFO Blaise Ingoglia, Senator Nick DiCeglie, Speaker Designate Sam Garrison, and Representatives Botana, Esposito, Giallombardo, and Koster.

Enfinger, a lifelong native of Northwest Florida, has deep roots in the construction industry, having been raised in a construction family then beginning his career as a Tradesman, steadily expanding his expertise and understanding of the various facets of the construction business.
Throughout his career, Kelvin has been involved in the management and execution of over $650 million in construction projects spanning key sectors such as Retail, Healthcare, Aviation, and Education. This extensive involvement has equipped him with a unique understanding of the construction industry from both workforce and executive management perspectives.

Kelvin’s passion for the construction industry extends beyond his professional endeavors. He has been actively engaged in various leadership roles and committees, reflecting his dedication to fostering growth and innovation within the industry, including serving as a volunteer member of Santa Rosa County’s Land Development Code Task Force.
