Jubilee Land Company is seeking to develop a minor subdivision on a 240-acre parcel located north of Pace on Williard Norris Road.
Records show Charles Lawshe submitted the application to Santa Rosa County. Lawshe was listed on Jubilee Development Group, LLC, which sold off more than 800 acres of a large group of parcels for more than $12 million to Garden Street Communities, which is connected to Adams Homes.
Property records indicate that Jubilee Development Group sold certain other parcels to Jubilee Land Company, which kept two large parcels which connect the proposed minor subdivision property to Berryhill Road.
