Bergosh Selected to Serve as U.S. Immigration Judge

Retired Florida Circuit Court Judge Gary Bergosh has been selected to serve as a federal judge on the New Orleans Immigration Court. 

Bergosh is a Retired Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel and veteran of the Iraq War. He’s a retired Florida Circuit Court Judge, where he served for almost two decades. Additionally, he also served six years as an Escambia County School Board Member.

Currently there are 3.5-4 million cases with only 600 immigration judges to handle the caseload.
