Debra Ann White, 48, of the 3200 block of Highway 87 S in Navarre, was arrested July 4 on a first-degree misdemeanor charge of battery after police responded to a disturbance complaint.
According to the report, White and her husband had been verbally arguing, and she had packed up her car and started to leave the house but turned around halfway down the driveway and went back. The report states she got out of her vehicle and walked over to her husband, throwing a drink on him. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and transported to Santa Rosa County Jail.
