Milton Police Chief Tony Tindell announced today that Jason Howard Shirley has an active, no bond warrant for Sexual Battery (offender over 18 victim under 12) and Lewd and Lascivious behavior (offender over 18 victim under 12).
The suspect was living in the residence of the victim at the time the incidents occurred. He has worked as a truck driver, in the past, and may be residing in Santa Rosa County or Escambia County, stated City Spokeswoman Pamela Holt.
