For fiscal year 2017/18, the Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court and Comptroller returned unspent revenues of $576,727.37 to the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners.
This makes the sixth consecutive year since taking office, the Santa Rosa County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Donald C. Spencer has returned unspent revenues to the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners totaling $2,163,156.20 over that time.
“We continue to use fiscal restraint and efficiency while handling the county’s funds. Through this process we have been able to return unspent funds to the Board of County Commissioners for the past six years,” Spencer said.
