Santa Rosa County Commissioners Sam Parker, Bob Cole and Don Salter this morning voted to spend $850,000 to purchase 19 acres on Avalon Boulevard for the site of a future county courthouse.
Commissioners Williamson and Lynchard opposed the vote.
