Express Oil, a company based in Dothan, Alabama, today confirmed construction is underway for a Navarre facility to be located at 9028 U.S. 98 — roughly 1.5 miles east of Navarre Beach Bridge on the north side of the highway. Officials say construction should be complete in about four months.
The company purchased the three-acre property in August 2018 for $550,000.
According to its website, with 250 locations nationwide, Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers provides specialty service with a service center equipped to perform a variety of mechanical services.
