FDOT seeks input on U.S. 98 widening from Bayshore Road to Portside Drive

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a hearing on proposed access management changes associated with the U.S. 98 widening project under design in Santa Rosa County Thursday, June 20, from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at Tiger Point Community Center, located at 1370 Tiger Park Lane in Gulf Breeze.  

The hearing will begin as an open house at 5:30 p.m. with a formal presentation at 6 p.m., followed by a public comment period.

This hearing is being held to provide interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning access management changes associated with the U.S. 98 widening project from Bayshore Road to Portside Drive under design.   

Maps, drawings, and other information will be on display at the hearing.  FDOT representatives will be available to discuss proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments.
