FHP to collect supplies for Hurricane Laura victims

Florida Highway Patrol – Troop A, which consists of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington, Jackson, Bay, Calhoun and Gulf counties, is collecting supplies for the people of Louisiana in the aftermath of Hurricane Laura. 

FHP is requesting items such as non-perishable food, water, Gatorade, plastic containers, cleaning supplies, and board games for kids.

The collection points will be the Florida Highway Patrol station, located at 6030 County Road 2321, Panama City, 32404 (850-873-7020), and the Pensacola Florida Highway Patrol station, located at 150 W. Stumpfield Road, Pensacola, 32503 (850-484-5000).

Collection will continue through 5 p.m. on Friday, September 18.
