Grab-A-Bite Food Court will soon expand its indoor dining options to include a full breakfast menu, featuring grab & go options.
Owner Euby J. Black Sr. says he hopes to have the breakfast menu available by October 1. Options will include traditional breakfast items and entrees, plus scratch-made biscuits and French toast. He said the full breakfast menu will be available from 6 a.m. – 2 p.m., and a limited breakfast menu will be available all hours.
Black says the focus will be providing “proper customer service that we don’t often see any more,” noting that he also wants it to taste good, not processed.
He’s cultivated a family friendly atmosphere at the restaurant/food court, which features five large-screen televisions – perfect for watching football.
“I want people to be able to come in here, relax, decompress and enjoy football or just hang out,” he said.
In addition to serving bar food, such as homemade potato chips, Po Boys, using Gambino bread, will also be on the menu. Black plans to offer coastal cheesesteak, ham, turkey, roast beef & gravy, and a New Orleans style option. Red beans and rice will be served up on Mondays, and soups will be made during colder weather.
Grab-A-Bite’s happy hour takes place daily after 4 p.m. and all day on game days, featuring Yuengling varieties for $2 each and $3 for other beers. Grab-A-Bite also offers wine and wine-based liquor.
