The Florida Highway Patrol reports that 21-year-old Nykolas Parodi of Gulf Breeze was killed today in a vehicle crash on Interstate 10 in the westbound lane near mile marker 39.
Troopers say a 2003 GMC driven by Dustin Broxson, 27, of Molino, was traveling west on Interstate 10 in the westbound outside lane, approaching mile marker 39 from the east, when he lost control and attempted to regain control before rolling .
According to the FHP report, Broson then ran off the right shoulder of the roadway where the vehicle began turning before rolling over. Parodi was ejected from the vehicle.
