On the Pensacola Bay Bridge, Gulf Breeze Police responded to a report of a stalled automobile on the bridge. Upon responding to the scene of the stalled vehicle, police arrested (gave a Notice to Appear to) a Pensacola woman for being in Possession of Marijuana (Under 20 Grams). The 31-year-old was given the notice and sent on her way at 5:09 p.m.
Thursday, March 9
There was a found wallet at the Exxon Gas Station.
Also on Thursday, at the 100 block of San Carlos, there was a report of petit theft. The complaint ultimately led to the arrest of a 61-year-old Gulf Breeze man. The suspect, Jesse Thomas, was arrested without incident.
Friday, March 10
At the 400 block of State Road 399, a traffic stop for suspicion of DUI at 10:56 p.m. ultimately led to the arrest of the Pensacola driver for DUI. The suspect, Phillip Woolley, 67, was arrested following the traffic stop.
Another Pensacola man was also arrested for DUI last Friday after police pulled him over for speeding on U.S. Highway 98 at 2:16 a.m. During the stop, the police officer charged the suspect, Colby Jackson, 22, with DUI.
At the 400 block of Kent Place, there was a report of a theft from an unlocked vehicle.
Saturday, March 11
At the 600 block of Hwy. 98, Gulf Breeze Police responded to a traffic crash. Upon investigating the crash, they apprehended one of the drivers, Conner Hightower, 22, of Pensacola, for DUI.
Sunday, March 12
At the 1100 block of Hwy. 98, a traffic stop on a vehicle for not having their headlights on, and for speeding, led to the arrest of the 27-year-old Pensacola driver for DUI. The driver, Taylor Colony, was arrested without incident at 12:24 a.m.
Monday, March 13
At the Publix, there was a report of a fraudulent credit card being used.
Also on Monday, in the Publix parking lot, police responded to a report of a man being passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle at 6:07 p.m. The man, Dillan Hall, 23, of Pensacola, was subsequently arrested for DUI.
This past week, Gulf Breeze Police conducted 100 total traffic stops. Fifty-nine of those stops resulted in citations, while the other 41 resulted in warnings.
There were three reported wreck with injury this past week in Gulf Breeze Proper and 3 total wrecks without injury reported.
There were no hit and runs reported in the city limits last week.
