Holley-Navarre Middle School has partnered with Paul Revere Middle School in Houston, Texas to provide relief to victims of Hurricane Harvey.

According to Lisa Lewis, who works in the HNMS administrative office, the school is not collecting food since the items will be sent via mail.

“We’re collecting clothing and school supplies. They also asked us to collect gift cards to Walmart and Target so they can buy stuff for the students,” Lewis said.

But the help isn’t going to stop after the supplies are sent.

“We’re going to stay their partner, so our kids are going to be writing letters back and forth this school year, checking on them,” Lewis said.
