The Holley-Navarre Water System has announced that effective in November 2019, all billing will be processed on the first of the month, meaning the November bill will be due or drafted on December 1.
Customers will also be notified in a memo being distributed with upcoming bills from the utility.
According to Customer Service Operations Manager Amber Bucholtz, customers with automatic bank drafts will have their account debited on the first business day after the bill due date.
