Man jailed after carjacking disabled victim in East Milton

On Sunday 2/16/2020 Santa Rosa Deputies responded to a carjacking in the 8300 block of Hickory Hammock Rd in Milton.  Deputies made contact with the disabled victim who stated he had pulled over for a vehicle that was flashing its headlights.  

When he stopped, the victim was confronted by Titus Eugene Mallory, Jr. who threw him to the ground and drove away in the victim’s vehicle. Titus apparently lost control of the vehicle and abandoned it at Highway 87 and I-10.  He fled on foot to a nearby gas station where he attempted to take two other vehicles.  

Deputies located and arrested Mallory at the BP gas station on Highway 87 South.  Mallory was charged with 1 count Robbery (carjacking), 2 counts of Attempted Robbery (carjacking), and Felony Battery.  He is in the Santa Rosa County Jail on $307,500 bond
