A white male, driving a white Dodge Caravan, possibly 2005 – 2007, entered the Publix parking lot in Gulf Breeze October 2 and parked next to a juvenile female and began masturbating inside his vehicle.
The male subject then drove to the Live Oak Shopping Center and parked outside of Gulf Breeze Aerobics and Fitness.
Video shows the male driver watching females exiting the gym and relocating his vehicle closer to the females. A short time later, another female exited the gym and observed the white male again masturbating inside his vehicle. The male then left the scene and was last seen heading towards Gulf Breeze Pkwy eastbound.
Both female victims were unable to describe the male.
GBPD is looking for any information on the male driver and suspect vehicle. A photograph was the van is pictured below.
