WARNING GRAPHIC DETAILS – Brandi Nacole Harper, 38, has been arrested for capital sexual battery involving a two-year-old victim, and her boyfriend, John David McKenzie, 35, of Jay has been charged with 10 counts child pornography.
Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson during a press conference today says the case involves the youngest victim he’s ever seen in 38 years of law enforcement.
Harper’s arrest report states that during the summer of 2020 she engaged in oral and vaginal sex with a two-year-old boy in her trailer.
McKenzie’s arrest report states that five photos appear to be female victims between the ages of 3-8 years of age. One victims was pictured wearing handcuffs. According to the arrest report, five videos shows sex acts involving male and female children. Johnson said more charges are expected for McKenzie.
Harper’s son found McKenzie’s phone and turned it into the sheriff’s office.
