Navarre Beach Pier Centerstage for New Year's Eve Fireworks & New Year's Day Plunge

Windjammers on the Pier is the place to be to ring in the New Year with fireworks on New Year’s Eve and their annual plunge into the Gulf of Mexico on New Year’s Day.

NEW YEAR’S EVE – FIREWORKS & TURTLE DROP

The fireworks display, sponsored by the Santa Rosa County Tourist Development Office, will take place at midnight along with a turtle drop.

The New Year’s Eve celebration starts with breakfast from 8:30-11 am. Their regular menu will be available until 7:30 p.m., when the dining room will close for a ticketed dinner service; however, a limited menu will remain available to the general public from 7:30-11 p.m. Limited Menu items include – Appetizers: Gator Bites, Debris Nachos, Cheese Curds; Entrees: Short Rib Tacos, Chicken Fingers, Shrimp Basket (with one side); and Soup of the Week.

Tribe Zion will perform from 8:30 PM – 12:30 AM.

Fireworks & Turtle Drop take place at 12 midnight.

There will be wristbands for 21+ and under 21 will be given out to those in the Windjammer’s footprint, starting at 8:30 p.m.

NEW YEAR’S DAY – 2025 PIER PLUNGE

Breakfast options will be available from 8:30-11 AM. Grab quick bites from the food truck or enjoy Windjammers’ regular breakfast menu at Windjammers.

The Navarre Centennial Committee Booth Opens at 10 a.m., selling 2025 Pier Plunge souvenir t-shirts for $25 and raffle tickets. All raffle prizes are generously donated by local small businesses, ranging from small treasures to large surprises. ALL proceeds from t-shirt and raffle sales will benefit Gulf Coast Kiln Walk, located in Holley, helping to raise funds for a permanent facility to display art and provide art education to our wonderful Navarre community.

Plungers, elected officials and spectators will make their way to the beach at 11:45 a.m., plunging into the Gulf at 12 noon! It’s a chilly but exhilarating tradition you won’t want to miss!

From 1-5 p.m., enjoy a high-energy performance by The Six Piece Suits, a party band from Pensacola led by the talented Kyle Hooks. With a mix of Funk, R&B, and Pop hits from the ‘60s to today, they’ll have everyone dancing and celebrating all afternoon.

Starting at Noon, Windjammers’ lunch menu will be available until 6 p.m., so you can refuel while enjoying the festivities.
