Windjammers on the Pier is the place to be to ring in the New Year with fireworks on New Year’s Eve and their annual plunge into the Gulf of Mexico on New Year’s Day.
NEW YEAR’S EVE – FIREWORKS & TURTLE DROP
The fireworks display, sponsored by the Santa Rosa County Tourist Development Office, will take place at midnight along with a turtle drop.
The New Year’s Eve celebration starts with breakfast from 8:30-11 am. Their regular menu will be available until 7:30 p.m., when the dining room will close for a ticketed dinner service; however, a limited menu will remain available to the general public from 7:30-11 p.m. Limited Menu items include – Appetizers: Gator Bites, Debris Nachos, Cheese Curds; Entrees: Short Rib Tacos, Chicken Fingers, Shrimp Basket (with one side); and Soup of the Week.
Tribe Zion will perform from 8:30 PM – 12:30 AM.
Fireworks & Turtle Drop take place at 12 midnight.
There will be wristbands for 21+ and under 21 will be given out to those in the Windjammer’s footprint, starting at 8:30 p.m.
NEW YEAR’S DAY – 2025 PIER PLUNGE
Starting at Noon, Windjammers’ lunch menu will be available until 6 p.m., so you can refuel while enjoying the festivities.
