Rodney Waits, a young entrepreneur, in October purchased Caffeinated in Navarre. After a month of renovations, he reopened the area’s newest coffee shop, turning it into a hot spot for locals seeking a great cup of coffee, tasty pastries or a getaway.
“We have moms who come in to take a break from their kids, small groups who need a place to meet and busy people on the go,” Waits said, pointing out you can call in your order and get curb-side service.
Waits said Caffeinated not only offers the best cup of coffee in Navarre but also delicious pastries, free WiFi and a relaxed atmosphere with several seating areas offering privacy.

Additionally, the shop has an assortment of bagged coffee, gift certificates and retail merchandise featuring the Caffeinated brand.
Waits encourages locals to take advantage of the space for small group meetings. “We’ve had church gatherings and can host tea parties, business retreats and small luncheons, too.”
