Neighbors’ Complaints Led to Cocaine and Heroin Trafficking Arrest

A narcotics search warrant executed Monday at two Pelham Road apartments by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office turned up large amounts of cocaine and heroin, as well as a stolen firearm.

The renter of the units, 36-year old Travaess Mclemore, is now charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, trafficking in cocaine, and trafficking in heroin.

Area residents had complained about suspected narcotics activity at the complex.
