Starting January 2, Waste Pro will take over as the service provider for trash, recycling and yard waste collections for all of south Santa Rosa County.
Navarre area residents using Waste Management should receive a first quarter invoice from Waste Pro in December.
Current Waste Management customers will keep their existing trash carts and their service days will stay the same.
Per a December 1 county press release, it is not necessary for current Waste Management customers to sign up with Waste Pro.
