U.S. Army Veteran Janet Keller has been installed as the new President of the Navarre Area Board of Realtors. She and other officers and board members were installed yesterday during a packed out monthly luncheon of the organization.
Following eight years of active-duty service in the United States Army, Keller decided to pursue her dream of being a real estate agent, earning a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies and Business Management. She went on to become owner of her own brokerage, Flightline Realty & Property Management, LLC.

Navarre Broker Bart Pullum attended the luncheon with his mom, Martha. Their family holds the distinction having four generations serving as members of the organization. His late grandfather, E.H. Pullum, was a founding member of the group, serving as its first President in 1979; Bart and his late father, Bill, also served as President; and now his son, Hunter, is also a member.
“I think Janet is going to do an incredible job as our next President,” Pullum said, pointing out her military experience will help enable her to guide the group through a transition period and noting NABOR’s new Executive Laura Tilley, who thanked the organization for the opportunity to serve in that role. “Next year is going to be a great year for NABOR,” he said.
Tilley moved here from Texas, where she served 11.5 years as the Executive for a small assoication. “I love the area and the people here and I am excited to be a part of NABOR’s future,” she said.

Other officers and board members installed during Wednesday’s luncheon include: Chester Gamble, President-Elect; Billy Chapman – Treasurer; Lynda Walker – Secretary; Lawrence Bonck – (Immediate) Past-President; and Directors Michelle Fransen, Robert Nay, Bart Pullum, Kyle Stone and David Wood.
The festive luncheon was sponsored by Reliable Land Title Corporation. Owner Scott Parsons donned a Santa hat and handed out door and raffle prizes.
