Rabies Vaccine “Drive Through” Clinic October 19

Santa Rosa County and the Florida Department of Health are teaming up to provide a drive-thru rabies vaccine clinic on Friday, October 19 at the county animal shelter in Milton.

Local veterinarians are volunteering to help the effort aimed to eliminate the risks of rabies to pets and humans, according to DOH.

Cost is $10 per animal and cash or check will be accepted. A driver’s license must be provided if payment is made via check. 

All animals must be secured in vehicle. 

Also, flu shots will be provided at no charge by DOH medical personnel to adults and children.
