Registration books closing Tuesday for 2016 General Election

Santa Rosa County Supervisor of Elections Tappie A. Villane reminds voters that registration books will close on Tuesday, October 11 at 7 p.m. That will be the last day to register to vote for the General Election to be held on November 8.

Florida law mandates registration books close 29 days before an election. New registrations must be completed on or before the end of the business day on October 11 to be effective for the November 8 election.

The Supervisor of Elections office in Milton, located at 6495 Caroline St., and the South Service Center office at 5841 Gulf Breeze Pkwy. in Gulf Breeze will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on October 11.

A completed registration form can be mailed to the office but must be postmarked by October 11. Mail completed forms to:
