A 54-lot RV park is planned for 78 acres on Hwy. 87 N in the Allentown community. Records show other proposed amenities include a pool with poolhouse, meeting facility, shower house, BBQ paviions, tiki hut, playground, office, gym and recreation areas. Additonally, eight waterfront cabins are planned around the perimeter of a natural pond.
The property, owned by the Smith family, is located at 8855 Hwy. 87 N, about a mile north of the main entrance road to NAS Whiting Field.
