Next week Santa Rosa County Commissioners will discuss a request to amend a lease on Navarre Beach Property to allow for an RV park.
According to county staff, the property is located on the north side of Gulf Boulevard near the hotel construction.
Developer Ron Ward made the request on behalf Chris Ferrar, leaseholder of the 22-acre parcel.
“Our present zoning plan does not allow for an RV Park on Navarre Beach,” stated Navarre Beach Leaseholders and Residents Association president Gary Buroker in a letter to leaseholders, suggesting they email commissioners.
The matter is on the agenda for discussion at Monday’s commission meeting, and supporting documentation, including a letter from Ferrar, is available for review at the following link:
