Posted on May 14, 2024 by Staff reports

The Santa Rosa Community Theatre, starting Thursday, May 16, will present a 10-day run of “BAGGAGE,” starring Navarre resident Amber Bradford and Jeremy Hosbein of Milton.

Bradford stars as Phyllis Novak and Hosbein stars as Bradley Naughton. They are supported by Jonathan McIntosh as Dr. Jonathan Alexander and Holli Hensley as Mitzi Cartwright.

The play is based upon two difficult, single people, Phyllis and Bradley, who are both trying to heal from their respective disappointing relationships and get their luggage mixed up at the airport. After a very disagreeable first encounter, the two decide to help each other get over their heartaches by forcing a friendship that eventually leads to the two discovering that while they may be too difficult for everyone else in the world, they are right for each other.

BAGGAGE is directed by Bob Monson with assistance from Nancy Sabol. Molly Vorhauer and Tobin Hosbein provide backstage assistance. Dave Cook and Jerry Valanzano provide both sound/lighting engineering as well as set construction. The set was designed and decorated by Ingrid Edge.

BAGGAGE opens May 16th and runs thru May 26th, Thursdays thru Sundays.

Santa Rosa Community Theatre is located at 5410 Dogwood Drive, Milton.  It’s a relatively small theatre and seats often sell out quickly, so reserve your tickets now by calling 850-221-7599 or  CLICK HERE TO BUY TICKETS
