Fear Forest 2018 takes place on Presidio Street in Navarre

Looking for a scary thrill? Two popular local Halloween haunts open today — Fear Forest in Navarre and Field of Scream at Blue Wahoos Stadium.

Fear Forest, a haunted trail in Navarre hosted by Community of Christ Church, last year collected more than 2,000 pounds of food for charity.

This year’s Fear Forest takes place from 6 – 9:30 p.m., today and tomorrow on church property, located on Presidio Street.

Admission cost is one canned food item (or a cash donation), which will go toward Feeding the Gulf Coast.

Also, any person donates blood at the OneBlood mobile donation center, which will be parked on site, will be able to take up to four others and cut to front of the line.

Additionally featured during this year’s event will be a Nerf Zombie Obstacle Course, kid-friendly movies (for those waiting in line) and a Treat Graveyard in which little ones can dig up treats in a spooky graveyard. Concessions, including Snowbiz Shaved Ice, will be available.

The Pensacola Blue Wahoos and Pensacola Little Theatre are teaming up for Field of Screams, a Haunted Stadium! Two different tours will take place under the stadium for both families and adults.

For two weeks, attendees will face off against their deepest fears as they travel the tunnels of Blue Wahoos Stadium. Tickets to the event can be purchased at BlueWahoos.com and at the Blue Wahoos Box Office.

The Family-Friendly tours feature a 3D Maze and will be open from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Tickets are available for $6 per person.

Terror Under the Stadium will begin at 7:30 p.m. with tickets at $25 per person. The ticket includes the 3D maze. After 7:30 p.m., no one under 14 will be admitted without an adult.

In addition to the haunted stadium, frighteningly good concessions will be available along with Halloween movies playing on the videoboard.
