A Starbucks is planned for 5606 Woodbine Road near Five Points in Pace
Matthews Development, LLC is constructing a facility that will be leased to Starbucks per documents filed with Santa Rosa County.
The project is being developed on a nearly 1-acre parcel that is an outparcel of the original Stone Brook Plaza Expansion Plan, which was approved in 2003.
The facility will house a 2,500-square-foot coffee shop/restaurant. There will also be a 500-square-foot patio seating area and a drive thru order & pick-up lane.
Access to the site will be from the existing entrance driveway from Woodbine Road serving Stone Brook Plaza.
The proposed new trips for this use will increase the traffic on this driveway beyond 50 peak hour trips; accordingly, the developer is proposing to construct a right turn lane into Stone Brook Plaza.
