Still no leads in armed robbery case

Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office investigators are still sorting through evidence to determine who robbed the Navarre east Dollar General store back on Sept. 15.
According to the SRSO, a man with a handgun entered the store back on that Tuesday and demanded money from the cash register.
The suspect entered the store at around 8:30 a.m. that morning. He later took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled from the store before deputies arrived on scene.
When deputies arrived at the retail store location, they performed a protective sweep of the retail store.
