Sunday’s Child aims to inspire diversity and inclusion by awarding significant charitable grants to eligible non-profit organizations and initiatives that place value on diversity, inclusion and equality.
“We are a passionate group of committed, thoughtful citizens seeking to inspire change in the Pensacola Bay Area Community. Our members fund projects that enrich the quality of life and well-being of others—regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, disability, marital status and socioeconomic status,” President Gary Rhodes says.
Last grant cycle, the group awarded a total of $106,000 to four different organizations for their initiatives and projects including The Pensacola Opera, Golden Elite Track & Field Club, Manna Food Pantries, and A HOPE for Santa Rosa County.
The organization welcomes residents of the Greater Pensacola Bay Area to pledge membership from now through December 31.
