Seven Northwest Florida schools, including three in Santa Rosa County, ranked in the Top 20 highest COVID-19 positive cases in 2020, per the Florida Department of Health. Pace High School tied for 7th highest in the state, Navarre High tied for 15th and Gulf Breeze High tied for 18th.
The report issued yesterday indicates that as of December 26, four Okaloosa County Schools ranked in the Top 10 highest cases, including Fort Walton Beach High School, which had the highest number of cases in the entire state with 91 cumulative cases for 2020.
