Bushwacker 5K to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida

The Capt’n Fun Runners present the annual Capt’n Fun Bushwacker 5K Run on Saturday, August 3, 2019, at 7:30 a.m. to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida.
 
The race follows a 3.1 mile out and back course starting and finishing at Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach. Flat and fast, no hill. Splits at each mile. Water and Aid Stations at 1 mile and 2.5 miles. Course will close to participants and open to traffic after 45 minutes.
 
Registration is $25 through July 27 and $30 through Friday, August 2 and on race day. Participants who register on race day will not get a shirt. Pre-register online at http://www.werunwild.com or mail registration forms to Running Wild, 3012 E. Cervantes St., Pensacola, FL 32503. Registration forms are also available online at http://www.captnfun.net or at Running Wild. Packet pick-up will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, August 1 at Running Wild; 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, August 2 at Capt’n Fun Beach Club, Quietwater Boardwalk; and from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. sharp Saturday, Aug. 3 at Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach.
