    A 28-home subdivision is planned for a 9-acre parcel located on Nelson Street behind Underwood Food Mart in the Holley Community. The parcel was purchased in January for $375,000 by Creetwood, LLC, which confirmed today that development is underway on the site of the former Stephens’ family home, which has been razed.

    The Department of Defense’s largest “irregular” annual warfare exercise, Emerald Warrior 17, is underway at Hurlburt Field. The two-week joint special operations exercise started yesterday and runs through March 10.
