A 28-home subdivision is planned for a 9-acre parcel located on Nelson Street behind Underwood Food Mart in the Holley Community. The parcel was purchased in January for $375,000 by Creetwood, LLC, which confirmed today that development is underway on the site of the former Stephens’ family home, which has been razed.
