    Santa Rosa County Commissioners this afternoon will host the first of two public budget workshops for the fiscal year 2018-2019 budget, which includes a projected $4.5 million increase in revenues from ad valorem taxes.   • Santa Rosa 2018 crime rate drops 19 percent in first quarter

    Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson during Wednesday’s Navarre Area Board of Realtors monthly luncheon announced that during the first quarter of 2018 the county’s crime rate dropped 19 percent.
